Shipping Policy

Micisty Official offers worldwide shipping. We will not be responsible for any damage or delay caused by the courier service. Once the parcel dispatch confirmation is released, your products are under the responsibility of our third-party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third-party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).

We also provide free shipping with purchases over a certain amount. Please check on your local currency for more information or contact our sales representative for international shipping rate.

Estimated delivery time: 3-5 working days unless product stated restock/backorder.

For urgent items, please feel free to contact us on Facebook or Instagram for Grab service arrangement (applicable in limited countries). We do not provide cash on delivery. Please read our terms and condition for payment options.

Import duties

National imports tariff standard is different, additional import duty fees/taxes which imposed by your local authorities does not include in our shipping fee. Import duty fees/taxes might be imposed and notified when the shipment arrives at your local customs office. Should your country (if any) impose the tariffs of the goods or the fees charged in remote areas when picking up the parcel, it is payable by the recipient of the parcel. In the case if tax not paid within the stipulated period, goods will be forfeited and destroyed by customs department which is not under our control.

Out of stock products

Please note on the product availability if is on backorder status. All backorder items may need 4-5 weeks to arrive at your destinated country. Once payment made, no refund will be issued on purchased products (ready stock and backorder stock). If your order consists of both ready stock items and backorder items, whole order will be shipped upon backorder item/s arrivals. If you wish your ready stock to be shipped first, kindly‏‏‎ ‎contact us for further arrangement.
