Return and Exchange Policy

Return and exchange will not be accepted for non-quality issues on the intimate apparel listed below due to hygiene concern. Please choose a size bigger rather than a smaller size if is occur in between the size measurement.

Men’s underwear, women’s underwear, seamless hip pants, hiplift safety pants, hiplift pants, corset, thermal underwear, short hiplift shark pants, shark pants, all sport pants, all socks.

Other items that do not fit in size can be exchange and only made one time of size exchange per order number.

Exchange Terms

- Contact our customer service before return the goods. All goods return without consent will not be accepted.

- The acceptance of exchange time frame for product quality problems is within 7 days from the day of parcel delivered by courier service (subject to the date of received).

- Please provide a clear photo of quality problems’ product to our customer service.

- All return must include the INVOICE SLIP. You may reprint it under your account or email.

No exchange in the following condition

- Self-inflicted damage or cut to the product due to personal reasons will not be accepted for replacement nor exchange.

- No replacement will be accepted if the outer and inner packaging, tags or accessories are missing.

- No exchange will be accepted for more than 7 days after the date of received.

Cost on exchange product

- Wrong product or missing product, the freight will be borne by us.

- Size not suitable, the freight will be borne by buyer.

Wrong product

We apologize if we accidentally sent you any wrong product. Kindly reach us at micistyofficial@outlook.com with detailed photos of the wrong product. We will review it case by case and get back to you as soon as possible. We will reimburse return postage for you. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. The reimbursement of return postage will be return in terms of store credit into your account. We reserve the right to reject any request to mail these items alongside with a new order. All returns are final and further requests will be denied.

Exchange terms (only accept for size exchange)

Please note that exchanges are only made for items in its brand-new original condition (boxes in good condition, tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined. All items are not to be soaked. If colour runs due to this reason, item/s is strictly not returnable.

We accept exchange only on sizes exchange for the same product, please note that only one exchange per order (not multiple times). Exchange items must be returned within 7 days. Sales and promotional priced item/s are not allowed for return and exchanges.

Micisty Official reserves the right to refuse any exchange request if the returned items do not meet our requirements or customer failed to provide proof of purchased. The Return department will get back to you once a return item is received by us and we will email your credit voucher once the item is received. This normally takes 4-5 working days.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please keep the tracking code with you in case we shall need them for reference.

Refunds Policy
